Table Prices
Six Foot Table - $100
Eight Foot Table - $125
Corner Space with 2 Six Foot Tables - $175 (Sold Out)

Terms and Conditions
Vendors must agree to the following terms in order to participate:
- Smith Mountain Lake Bridal Event will take place at Bernard's Landing in Smith Mountain Room A&B, Executive Board Room and Atrium.
- Tables and chairs will be provided for the vendor. Vendors must provide their own linen to cover the table and signage for your table.
- Only one business allowed per table – No sharing!
- Vendor space is limited so vendors will be chosen on a first come first serve basis in each vendor category. Vendor’s space is not guaranteed until full payment is made.
- All vendors must be set up no later than 11:00am on Sunday, October 26, 2008. Vendors may begin set up at 9:00am.
- All tables must stay set up until 5:00pm – there will be a penalty fee of $50.00 for closing up early.
- Smith Mountain Lake Weddings reserves the right to decline any application to participate in the Bridal Show.
- Vendors may sell their products or book their services to Bride/Guest, however all sales and tax must be handled between the vendor and Bride/Guest.
- Vendors will be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor’s property by theft, fire, or casualty. Vendors will be held responsible for any damage which may incur at Bernard’s
- Any sound or music produced by a vendor must be kept at a minimum so that it will not conflict with any other vendor’s space.
- No refunds will be given to vendors due to weather, accident, health or other reason for the business not participating.
- Electricity will be provided to a minimum amount of vendors. Please request the use of electricity when you pay your table fee.
- Vehicles such as trailers, vans, limousines or any other type of vehicle parked on or around Bernard's Landing Resort and Confernce Center to be used as advertisement purposes must be approved by Smith Mountain Lake Weddings before the event or vehicle will be asked to be removed from Bernards Landing.
